It is a simple hair elastic tie with handmade covered button. The fabric remnant is Indonesian cotton. It has no metal connector parts that can annoy you to catch your hair. Since it is simple elastic tie without beads, it will work great as a napkin holder on your table, and cord organizer for your PC and phones.
