This is what you’ve been waiting for. A Rug Summit in paradise! Like all the others, it’s all about planning for your business’s success. About networking and solution sharing with colleagues, friends and industry experts. Except this coming January, Rug Summit 11 will be held in a spectacular setting unlike any previous event.
Registration is $175 per attendee. Due to the reduced cost offered for registration, lunch and beverages will be at the attendee's personal discretion each day. (Accommodations, Meals and Beverages are NOT included in registration).
Rug Summit 11 is being built around a unique agenda & format: The “Mastermind Group.”
What is a “Mastermind Group?”
Mastermind groups bring likeminded people together in intense, focused sessions full of brainstorming, education, peer accountability and support. Each participant comes to the session with 3 things to share:
- A successful strategy, method or tool
- A struggle
- A helpful resource
Mastermind group members challenge each other to set powerful goals, and more importantly, set up accountability to accomplish them.

- Business development for the next year
- Succession planning for when the current owner is gone.
This will be unlike any other Rug Summit held previously. Why? Firstly, the scenery and venue will be spectacular, and secondly, the personal involvement and success of the event will depend on assuming the responsibility, on the part of each attendee, to bring 3 things to discuss. They are as follows:
- Something your company does really well - Bring one thing and share it
- Something your company is really struggling with and you need help to remedy - Announce it by presentation
- Bring and share a resource that has been helpful to you - It could be a blog, podcast, human resource or book.
Objective of this Rug Summit
The coordination of all the knowledge being disseminated, while making the effort to work well toward a definite purpose in the spirit of harmony.
A small group of experienced colleagues from across the industry will gather to explore the strengths and tackle the challenges associated with each of their individual businesses. Each participant will present to the group, illuminating successes, roadblocks, bottlenecks and conundrums. Each person will also share a key resource or tool that they use in their business that brings strong value, utility or results.
Together, we’ll discuss, discover, diagnose and problem solve. You can expect to come away with ideas and strategies that will give you fresh insight and renewed vigor to take back to your company and implement.

The agenda will include a brief synopsis on each company represented at Rug Summit 11 and how they do business in their respective service areas. Followed by the analysis of the 3 items each attendee brings to the conference. These become the content for Rug Summit's Master Minds to ponder, digest and either remedy or implement in each respective business present. The benefits received from such a conference will not be reproduced or shared in real-time on social media. This is confidential and only for the use of those in attendance.
Note: Appropriate time will be allocated during each session to digest the findings for potential implantation by others that are attendees in the group. Only those present can benefit from this real-time exchange among brilliant minds attending. We anticipate two mornings of presentations, workshops and Q and A’s. Each morning will end with a break for a leisurely lunch at one of the restaurants of your choice on site. The afternoon resumes with follow-up discussions. All this is done in the relaxed atmosphere found on the Garden Island and its award winning ocean beach view.
